  • Temp-to-hire Overview We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in low voltage systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, and other related technologies. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various low voltage systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Install and configure low voltage systems including alarm systems, CCTV, and IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems). Troubleshoot and repair existing low voltage systems to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate installations. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure reliability. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Experience Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a similar role. Familiarity with alarm system sales and installation processes is highly desirable. Knowledge of computer hardware as it relates to low voltage systems. Experience as a service technician in the electrical or locksmithing fields is a plus. Ability to build and implement low voltage solutions based on client specifications. Relevant certifications in low voltage technology or electrical work are preferred but not mandatory.
