• Development and improvement of diagnostic/repair procedures for refrigeration and electrical systems (inverter compressors, control boards, sensors).
• Creation/adaptation of test fixtures and measurement methods; maintenance of accurate technical files.
• Integration of sensors/telemetry for intelligent diagnostics.
• Analysis of service data (CRM/telemetry) to improve first-visit repair efficiency and reduce TTR; implementation of corrective measures.
• Ensuring compliance with EPA Section 608 and

OSHA 1910.147
