In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing power systems to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions. Your expertise will contribute to innovative projects across manufacturing, construction, and research sectors, supporting the development of cutting-edge electrical infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex system design and engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and technical excellence. Duties Develop and refine power system designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD tools to create detailed schematics and mechanical layouts. Conduct root cause analysis on system failures or inefficiencies, utilizing data collection and analysis skills to identify underlying issues. Manage project schedules from conception through completion, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams in manufacturing, civil engineering, and construction. Apply systems engineering methodologies to integrate mechanical design with electrical components for cohesive system functionality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in math and electro mechanical knowledge. Proven experience with project management tools and techniques for scheduling and resource allocation. Proficiency in AutoCAD El2ctrical with schematics development, production drawings and PLC knowledge. Hands.on generation, low, medium and high voltage field experience. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), scripting languages (Python, C++, MATLAB), and system design principles. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, construction practices, and civil engineering concepts relevant to power infrastructure projects. Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
