What You'll Be Doing:
Engineering & Design:
Lead and support engineering activities for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects. Develop technical designs, calculations, reports, and construction documentation. Perform engineering analysis and design optimization. Prepare project specifications, technical standards, and cost estimates. Support constructability reviews and field implementation efforts.
Project Execution:
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and engineering teams. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and quality reviews. Support project delivery from concept through construction. Assist with technical problem-solving and design modifications.
Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Participate in design reviews and quality assurance initiatives. Support the development of engineering standards and best practices. Serve as a technical resource for project teams and clients.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. 3+ years of engineering experience supporting utility, energy, power, or infrastructure projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred:
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain. Experience supporting high-voltage utility or energy infrastructure projects. Experience utilizing engineering design and modeling software. Technical leadership or project review experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
