You will drive innovation in high-performance propulsion and energy control systems, ensuring technical excellence from initial concept through final product validation. Responsibilities Architect and refine complex fuel metering systems, hydraulic pumps, and precision servo valves. Lead technical project lifecycles, translating ambiguous requirements into robust, high-performance engineering solutions. Apply advanced physics-based modeling and analytical techniques to resolve critical design challenges. Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by collaborating closely with manufacturing and quality departments. Mentor junior engineering staff to foster technical growth and maintain high standards of design integrity. Conduct comprehensive trade studies to optimize system performance and reliability in demanding environments. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field. 4+ years of professional experience in fluid power, pump, or fuel system development. Demonstrated proficiency in CAD design software such as Catia, Creo, or SolidWorks. Eligibility to work under
ITAR/EAR
compliance regulations. Preferred Skills Advanced degree or specialized certification in propulsion or fluid dynamics. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes engineering environments.
