About the Role As a Systems Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing equipment performance and driving operational excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise in root cause analysis and electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance the overall reliability of our manufacturing infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive root cause analysis (RCFA) initiatives to resolve equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions. Develop and refine predictive and preventive maintenance (PM) strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency. Provide technical leadership to maintenance teams, fostering a proactive culture focused on continuous improvement and operational safety. Analyze equipment performance data and downtime trends to identify opportunities for productivity enhancements and yield optimization. Design and oversee the implementation of equipment modifications that improve system reliability and manufacturing output. Collaborate in daily cross-functional meetings to align maintenance activities with production goals and quality standards. Maintain and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including AC/DC variable speed drives and high/low voltage circuits. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in an engineering or industrial maintenance capacity. Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, schematic reading, and equipment repair. Advanced analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Hands-on experience with Fanuc robotic cells and HMI systems. Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software. Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, SPC, PFMEA, and Pareto analysis. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and relevant regulatory compliance standards.
