Associate Transmission Line Engineer Build the Future of Energy. Power What Matters. Design & Build Critical Infrastructure
  • Support the planning, design, and construction of transmission line projects that keep communities powered and connected. Engineer Smart Solutions
  • Perform engineering calculations and apply civil, mechanical, or electrical principles to develop efficient, reliable transmission support systems. Learn from the Best

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering 1+ years of experience (civil or electrical preferred—but driven entry-level candidates encouraged!) Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for engineering real-world solutions Interest in tools like AutoCAD and
PLS-CADD
(or eagerness to learn) Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly across teams A growth mindset and interest in building a long-term engineering career Work Environment Based in Indianapolis, IN Primarily office-based with occasional field exposure for site visits and hands-on learning Standard 40-hour workweek with flexibility (including potential WFH Fridays after onboarding) Supportive, stable environment focused on long-term success—not burnout Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $82000.00
