Responsibilities Eastman has an immediate opening for a Power Watch Engineer in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts. This position supports Power Plant Operations, a 24/7 co-generation plant providing energy to the facility. Primary Responsibilities Supervise Power Plant wage operating and maintenance personnel Maintain necessary operating and maintenance logs and records Trouble-shoot operating issues quickly and effectively Ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements Direct work of outside contractors performing maintenance/repair work as necessary Qualifications Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer's License is required Massachusetts 2nd Class Stationary Engineer's License strongly preferred Supervisory experience in a Power Generation Facility preferred Process Control Systems experience preferred Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays required The base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $121,000.
