Join Roberts Sinto Corporation in Grand Ledge, MIE28094part of the Sinto America family, the North American subsidiary of Sintokogio, Ltd. We deliver advanced solutions across Automation, Foundry, Surface Treatment, Material Handling, 3D Ceramic Printing, Sand Processing, and Surface Technologies. What you19ll do Engineer control panels and electrical schematics with AutoCAD Electrical. Design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits to achieve machine functionality. Program PLCs and HMIs in Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 or Siemens TIA Portal. Specify and integrate sensors, safety devices, VFDs, servos, and vision systems. Lead commissioning and debug at our facility and customer sites (~25% travel). Oversee small-to-mid-size projects to hit scope, schedule, and budget targets. Deliver clear Operator and Maintenance manuals for customer success. Must-haves B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience. 5E280937 years in controls or industrial automation. Deep familiarity with Rockwell or Siemens ecosystems. Safety PLC programming; understanding of
ISO 13849.
Industrial communications: EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Link-IO.
Standards knowledge:
NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 79. Strong troubleshooting and applied math skills. Nice-to-haves Robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA). Mitsubishi GX Works. Industry 4.0 / data integration exposure. Work conditions Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Comfort working around mechanical/electrical equipment and moderate noise. Willingness to travel about 25% annually for onsite commissioning.
