Your impact Champion safety programs and best practices across mill operations. Provide electrical engineering leadership to modernize systems and enhance reliability. Troubleshoot and optimize production equipment in real time. Own and support capital projects from idea through execution and startup. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and technology adoption. Deliver measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, and equipment uptime. Serve as a technical resource to Operations and Maintenance teams. Advance strategic initiatives in safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. What you bring Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving strength in manufacturing environments. Clear, collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Hands-on mindset with a drive to make visible impact on the plant floor.
