Job Description
Sirius Talent is seeking an Electrical Engineer
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute long-term electrical asset management and reliability strategies Support and optimize plant power distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and generators Lead capital projects and asset improvement initiatives from planning through execution Perform power system analysis using tools such as ETAP Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable standards Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve system reliability and performance Conduct risk assessments and lifecycle cost analysis of electrical assets Support development of maintenance strategies, standards, and specifications Monitor site energy usage and electrical capacity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 5-7+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Experience with medium to high voltage systems (up to 13.2kV) Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical codes Experience with asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering Proficiency with AutoCAD and power system analysis tools (ETAP preferred) Project management experience preferred Experience in chemical, heavy industrial, or utility environments preferred Work Environment / Requirements Ability to work in an industrial plant environment Must be clean-shaven where respirator use is required Ability to work indoors and outdoors and move throughout the facility Competitive BenefitsHealth & Wellness Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Financial Security 401(k) with industry-leading employer match (up to 12%) Annual incentive bonus based on performance Perks & Extras Onsite fitness center Travel and entertainment discounts Private hunting and fishing club access Paid parental leave (6 weeks) Adoption assistance Education and professional development support Equal Employment Opportunity Sirius Talent is an equal opportunity employer.
