About the Role As a Stationary Engineer, you will serve as a critical guardian of our thermal energy systems, ensuring the seamless operation of high-pressure boiler infrastructure. You will leverage your technical expertise in mechanical systems to maximize plant efficiency, maintain rigorous safety standards, and ensure consistent steam delivery for our facility operations. Responsibilities Oversee the continuous performance of steam boilers and auxiliary plant equipment to ensure optimal output. Monitor critical parameters including pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption to maintain system stability. Execute proactive maintenance schedules, including cleaning, lubrication, and component calibration to prevent downtime. Diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions to restore system functionality rapidly. Perform comprehensive safety inspections to ensure full compliance with industrial regulatory standards. Document operational logs, maintenance history, and repair activities to maintain accurate facility records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline plant performance and support facility-wide objectives. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in boiler plant operations or a closely related industrial environment. Solid mechanical aptitude with proficiency in interpreting schematics and industrial hydraulics. Proven ability to work independently while managing complex, multi-tasking environments. Valid state-issued driver's license. Preferred Skills Prior experience in military steam plant operations, such as Navy service. Technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems and advanced industrial mechanics. Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
