What You'll DoStrategic Leadership & Growth+ Define the vision and execute a 3-year growth strategy for electric utilities services across the Midwest+ Expand offerings across:+ Distribution engineering+ Substation engineering and planning+ Transmission engineering (line design, rebuilds, reconductoring)+ Identify new service lines and position the firm as a trusted partner to utilitiesBusiness Development+ Drive revenue growth and market expansion+ Leverage and build relationships with utility clients and stakeholders+ Lead or support pursuits, proposals, and client engagement strategyTechnical Excellence+ Establish and maintain high-quality standards in:+ Distribution systems+ Substation design and planning+ Transmission engineering+ Ensure strong engineering credibility and technical deliveryTeam Leadership & Development+ Build and lead a scalable, high-performing team+ Recruit, mentor, and develop talent+ Define roles, expectations, and performance standards+ Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaborationOperational Alignment+ Collaborate across the Mechanical/Electrical practice+ Align strategy with execution, utilization, and project delivery goals+ Translate high-level vision into measurable, actionable outcomesWhat You Bring+ Extensive experience in electric utilities engineering+ Strong experience in:+ Distribution, substation, and/or transmission systems+ Proven leadership experience growing teams and business lines+ Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results+ Experience with tools such as:+ PLS-CADD, CYME, ETAP+ Knowledge of standards:+ IEEE, NESC, RUS+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsIdeal CandidateYou are a builder, a mentor, and a strategist. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
