Electrical Systems Engineer:

Own the end-to-end system architecture and technical roadmap for advanced electrical interconnect and cable backplane solutions. Translate customer and business needs into system-level requirements with a focus on signal integrity, mechanical fit, thermal performance, and scalability. Create and evaluate technical documentation including system specifications, engineering drawings, and prototype or proof-of-concept designs. Serve as the technical liaison between OEM customers and manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment across design, production, and delivery. Systems Electrical Systems Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering required; master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in electronic and/or mechanical engineering with a focus on interconnecting or electromechanical systems. Understanding interconnect architectures and how they support both internal business objectives and customer system designs. Experience with CAD and modeling tools such as Pro/ENGINEER (Creo) or SolidWorks preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
