In this role, you will lead full project lifecycles for industrial automation and process control systems. Leveraging your background in PLC/HMI programming, electrical control panel design, and system integration, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized automation solutions for large-scale manufacturing operations. This role is well-suited for candidates who want to mentor others, are comfortable working directly with customers, and thrive when leading in hands-on project environments. [Hybrid] Senior Controls Engineer (Food & Bev Process Systems exp req) Responsibilities Develop automation and control system architecture diagrams Design electrical control panels and create schematic drawings using AutoCAD Specify control system components and prepare system documentation Develop PLC I/O assignments and program using Allen-Bradley Logix platforms (5, 500, 5000) Develop
HMI/SCADA
applications using industry-standard platforms Design industrial communication networks and supporting data infrastructure Develop custom applications and database integrations using VB.NET and SQL Support new/existing client systems and participate in onsite commissioning/startup activities Train client operations and maintenance teams on equipment and control system functionality [Hybrid] Senior Controls Engineer (Food & Bev Process Systems exp req) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline required 10+ years industrial automation and controls programming experience required Experience within food, dairy, or beverage manufacturing industries required Strong PLC and HMI programming experience required Demonstrated expertise in system integration and commissioning required Proficiency with Allen-Bradley Logix and Auto
