Our team is committed to safety, quality, and innovation in every project we undertake. Overview We are seeking a dynamic Lift Station Tech/Estimator/Engineering professional to join our team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to work on lift station systems, contribute to project estimation, and support engineering design efforts. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for infrastructure development within the water and wastewater treatment sectors. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on lift station equipment including pumps, valves, controls, and electrical systems. Conduct site inspections and data collection to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement or repair needs. Prepare detailed estimates for lift station projects by analyzing scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements. Support engineering design activities using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar drafting tools to develop plans and layouts. Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations related to water resources, wastewater treatment, and environmental permitting. Utilize GIS software such as ArcGIS or HEC tools to analyze spatial data and support project planning efforts. Requirements Proven experience with lift station systems in water treatment or wastewater environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and civil engineering principles related to infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar drafting software; familiarity with GIS platforms like ArcGIS is highly desirable. Experience with project management including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Knowledge of environmental law, environmental consulting practices, and EPA regulations related to water resources. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and project estimation tasks.
