Job Title:
SCADA Engineer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Engineer to develop systems using Ignition, integrate field devices through industrial protocols, and build dashboards, alarms, and monitoring tools. Your role will enable real-time system visibility for cooling infrastructure, support system validation, and deployment. Responsibilities Develop SCADA systems using Ignition. Integrate field devices using industrial protocols such as TCP/IP, BACnet, and Modbus. Create dashboards, alarms, and monitoring tools for enhanced system visibility. Support system validation and deployment processes. Essential Skills 8-10 years of experience in controls engineering. Proficiency inPLC SCADA
systems and programming. Experience with industrial communication protocols. Ability to integrate PLC systems into SCADA environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Subject Matter Expert level proficiency. Data center experience is a plus. Comfortable working independently and completing tasks on your own. Work Environment This is a fully remote position with the requirement to travel to Austin, Texas, 20% of the time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
