• 500 kV) power line projects and would ideally have a strong knowledge of PLS-CADD and PLS-Pole software suites.

What You Will Do:

Lead and/or supports design team in completion of detailed phases of engineering. Manage engineers, drafters, and designers on small to medium sized engineering projects and interface directly with the client. Perform detailed engineering calculations for the design of steel, concrete, and wood supporting structures and their associated foundations. Complete cable sag and miscellaneous calculations to support creation of construction bid packages. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project meetings to clearly outline upcoming deliverables and tasks with responsible personnel identified Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings as necessary Maintain project workflow and thorough communication across multi-discipline projects, both internal and external Forecast upcoming project requirements to assist in resource planning Provide thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Professional Engineering licensure (preferred) 4+ years of experience using PLS-CADD, Pole, etc. Some experience using FAD Tools, L-Pile, etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Ability to apply client specifications and preferences to all designs. Effective time management and logical decision-making ability. Strong focus on quality. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects within budget and time constraints Excellent oral and written communication skills. High attention to detail is required. Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player.
