What You'll Do Design high-voltage substations for transmission and distribution applications. Develop site layouts, equipment arrangements, engineering drawings, and supporting calculations for both greenfield and brownfield projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and clients to support projects from early-stage engineering through construction and commissioning. Contribute to substation solutions serving utilities, renewable energy integration, and other mission-critical infrastructure. Participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues, and support ongoing improvement of engineering standards, tools, and processes. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in substation engineering, utility design, or power systems projects. Working knowledge of high-voltage systems, substation physical design, and equipment arrangements. Familiarity with protection and control principles. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
