Systems Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer with a strong foundation in structural, thermal design, or electrical systems. This role involves managing program or project systems requirements and participating in spacecraft test campaigns. Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Responsibilities Manage program or project systems requirements. Participate in spacecraft test campaigns. Support critical aspects of system design and testing, particularly in the context of on-orbit refueling. Essential Skills Experience in systems engineering. Knowledge of aerospace industry practices. Experience with spacecraft test campaigns. Proficiency in managing requirements using Jama software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in structural, thermal design, or electrical systems. Work Environment The work environment is open and collaborative, with the founder working alongside engineers in the shared space. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two days remote, along with flexible working hours.
