You will spearhead technical initiatives, ensuring our designs meet high-performance standards while mentoring team members to foster engineering excellence. Responsibilities Architect and refine electrical systems and components to meet evolving project requirements. Guide and mentor junior engineering staff to elevate team technical capabilities. Evaluate project feasibility and perform detailed cost-benefit analyses to optimize resource allocation. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs into broader product ecosystems. Execute rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure adherence to safety and industry standards. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed specifications and performance reports. Provide expert technical guidance throughout the full lifecycle, from manufacturing to final installation. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. 5+ years of professional experience specializing in electrical design and systems development. Advanced proficiency in circuit design, power distribution, and electrical system architecture. Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and PSpice. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges with high attention to detail. Preferred Skills Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Active Professional Engineering (PE) license. Proven track record of technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
