Job DescriptionVisa Sponsorship:
 We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). We are looking for a SCADA Engineer to manage and develop SCADA systems supporting energy asset operations and trading activities. The role sits at the intersection of industrial systems, IT, and trading, ensuring reliable connectivity, performance, and integration of energy assets across multiple environments.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the SCADA engineering team, providing guidance and supportDesign, implement, and maintain SCADA and energy management systemsEnsure connectivity and integration of energy assets ( renewables, batteries, thermal assets)Collaborate with trading, IT, and infrastructure teamsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issuesEnsure compliance with cybersecurity and industry standardsSupport onboarding of new assets and maintain system documentationDevelop dashboards and tools to improve operational visibilityCoordinate with external vendors and partnersContribute to system architecture and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications8+ years in energy, utilities, or power trading environmentsStrong experience with
SCADA/GMS
