Job Description
The Skycam utility will assist Technical Operations with
setup, execution, and teardown for remote TV
broadcasts. This position will be asked to unload/load
medium to heavy cases off the broadcast trucks, lay
out/pick up broadcast cabling. Because the skycam is at a bird's-eye view angle, the
utility must not be afraid of heights. (may need to climb and walk the cat walks). They will assist
the engineer on-site by running the cable to the top
of the stadium to set up the skycam. On show day, they will ensure that there are no
issues with the reels, located around the arena or
the stadium. Keep clear communication with the engineer
on-site if any issues arise with the cables. •must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
