Project Engineer.
Location:
Richmond, VA.
Must have:
Pharma, GMP and FDA regulated experience. Plus to have (Not Mandatorily): Having Greenfield, Brownfield or CAPEX experience.
Project Overview:
Our client in VA are looking for resources to support a growing API Greenfield facility. The team will be looking for Project Engineers to support several different nodes. Each Project Engineer will be assigned to one or two nodes below. Candidates will need to have experience with one of the following to be in consideration.
Must haves:
Pharma experience or FDA regulated environment, GMP Experience Nice to haves:
CAPEX Experience, Site Build Experience Core Responsibilities:
Support execution of assigned project node(s) within a large CAPEX build. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and CQV teams. Ensure alignment between design, installation, and operational readiness. Assist in coordinating system interdependencies across disciplines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution. Ensure work complies with GMP and FDA-regulated standards. Participate in system turnover, commissioning readiness, and handoff activities. Drive communication across stakeholders to keep project deliverables on track. On-site role (5 days a week preferred). Local candidates or individuals committed to full-time on-site support will be prioritized.
