High end robotics, automation systems Job Summary Senior Controls & SCADA Engineer - Advanced Aerospace Test Systems Seeking a Controls & SCADA Engineer to support next-generation aerospace test platforms focused on industrial automation, high-reliability control systems, and factory-connected validation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain Siemens PLC-based control systems for aerospace test environments. Architect and support Ignition SCADA solutions, including system architecture, networking, integration, and real-time monitoring. Develop chamber control systems for precision testing. Integrate factory tools, instrumentation, and automation into SCADA and manufacturing networks. Support end-to-end test system development including integration, diagnostics, validation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate across test, manufacturing, software, and systems teams. Implement scalable, high-availability automation and drive continuous improvement in reliability and data visibility.
Required Skills:
Strong Siemens PLC and industrial automation experience. Hands-on Ignition SCADA experience (deployment, architecture, networking, integration). Experience with chamber control or automated test systems. Knowledge of industrial networking and factory connectivity. Background in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing. Strong troubleshooting of complex control systems.
