We offer precision electronic assembly and engineering services to customers with needs-driven, non-commodity products. We partner with companies who have unique product needs and who seek a high level of reliability, commitment and professional service from their manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities:
Floor support for Manufacturing. Generate and debug programs for SMT and AOI Equipment. Generate manufacturing work instructions and process flows. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to learn new software and apply Engineering principals to problems. Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Understand Process Flows, Process Operation Codes, Manufacturing Processes and Inspection Processes. Have ability to interpret manufacturing standards and incorporate into work instructions. Component Recognition CAM and CAD software experience a plus. Programming skills Must have good communication skills and work well with multiple groups. Provide DFM feedback Continuously working on improving product process for customer assemblies
Experience/Education/Training Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Preferred Understanding of ISO, IPC-610 and J-STD 3+ Years Experience in Electronics Contract Manufacturing Must Be a US Citizen Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Life Insurance Short/Long term disability Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Paid Time Off 10 Paid Holidays 401k Match Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
