Leading end-to-end UX for our DNA insights platform (from user input to result cards) Own the end-to-end user experience across core product areas Designing intuitive, evidence-backed experiences in complex subject matter Prototyping, Designing and collaborating tightly with software developers Building a simple, trustworthy design system and visual language Conducting usability studies and translating findings into UI//UX improvements Pairing with AI/LLM engineers to improve chat results, input/output structure, and navigation Define and track success metrics both quantitative (engagement, activation) and qualitative (user satisfaction, clarity) Requirements:
5-10+ years experience in product design, UX, or interaction design Skilled at user research, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping Strong portfolio of end-to-end design work: problem exploration shipped result impact Comfort designing data-heavy, health-related, or AI-enhanced products Experience building or extending design systems Deep UX and visual craft from wireframes to flows to final UI polish Bonus:
background in genomics, science platforms, or tools with regulatory context (HIPAA/CLIA)
