- Develop transmission gears, planetary assemblies, shafts and driveline axle shaft components in conjunction with powertrain systems teams, manufacturing teams, and global suppliers.
- Lead component design, analysis, failure mode avoidance (FMA), and test validation.
- Utilize project management skills to deliver programs on time, communicate all risks, track changes and maintain documentation
