DESCRIPTION
- Join our collaborative R D team as a Product Development Engineer III, where you'll help solve important challenges in healthcare, environmental protection, and scientific research.
REQUIREMENTS
- + Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in product development in regulated industries +
Preferred Fields of Study:
Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical) or related scientific field + Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and analytical tools (finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, mold flow analysis) + Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions + Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation + Excellence in technical documentation and report writing + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong understanding of design control processes and quality systems (GMP, ISO, FDA requirements) + Proven expertise in project management and cross-functional team leadership + Experience leading design reviews and validation activities + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams + Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and deliverables + Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software + Experience with laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques + May require up to 15% domestic/international travel + May require work in laboratory or cleanroom environments with use of PPE- Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $83,300.
