Job Description
Product and Digitalization Engineer Our global manufacturing client is seeking a Product and Digitalization Engineer for their team. This direct-hire role will design and develop products and digital solutions at the company's facility in Bristol, NH. Responsibilities of the Product and Digitalization Engineer Design and develop new products from concept to launch, including drawings, DFMEA, prototyping, validation, and testing strategies Lead product launches using APQP and PDP processes Manage multiple projects simultaneously across product engineering and digitalization initiatives Build and deploy digital tools using MS Power Platform to improve visibility and efficiency Implement digital and automation solutions Partner with customers to translate needs into engineering and digital solutions, and resolve technical issues Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, Lean initiatives (Kaizen, VA/VE), and process optimization across operations Qualifications of the Product and Digitalization Engineer Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience 0-5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or digitalization projects (open to entry-level and experienced candidates) Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection or compression molding is a plus Basic knowledge of programming, PLC systems, or SQL is beneficial but not required We look forward to connecting with you about this Product and Digitalization Engineer opportunity!
