DURATION
: Permanent Role Overview The Product Engineer partners with designers and engineers to define and execute designs for new products and improvements to existing products. This role leads the supporting design team to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within cost targets. The Product Engineer is accountable for design quality, documentation, timing, and cost. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain company standards for design and engineering documentation Own product development from concept through release, including all supporting documentation Collaborate cross‑functionally to align schematic, mechanical, and electrical designs Identify and apply applicable requirements, codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ASME, ANSI, ISO, OSHA) Support prototype development and resolve manufacturing issues Identify and implement Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) opportunities
MUST HAVES
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of experience designing industrial equipment (e.g., enclosures/booths, material handling systems, automation, HVAC) Proficiency in SolidWorks Experience with GD&T, FEA, and CFD Experience with schematics, P&IDs, and BOM management
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
Experience supporting prototypes and DFMA initiatives Exposure to PLM/PDM systems Professional Engineer (PE) license SolidWorks certification Bckgrnd in pressure vessels, HVAC products, or structural systems

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
