Job Description:
Job Description Support development and productization of high-voltage DC and RF power supply systems used in semiconductor equipment Collaborate with R D, manufacturing, and suppliers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and system integration Design, qualify, and maintain test fixtures, calibration processes, and validation methods Drive reliability engineering (DFR, accelerated life testing, Weibull analysis) and resolve complex system issues Lead supplier quality activities, including audits, RCCA, and process improvements Support system troubleshooting, installation, and field issues with up to 20% travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) 8+ years of experience in power electronics (DC/RF), analog systems, and PCBA design/manufacturing Strong experience in semiconductor equipment or advanced manufacturing environments Hands-on knowledge of RF/DC testing, validation, and test fixture development Experience with quality systems, SPC, and product lifecycle/NPI processes Top Skills LabVIEW coding & National Instruments (NI) hardware (MANDATORY) High-voltage DC & RF power supply systems Analog & digital circuit design Test fixture design, validation & calibration Reliability engineering (DFR, Weibull, ALT) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & problem solving Supplier quality & RCCA management Cross-functional collaboration & communication
