$160k - $200k base + bonus & equity No Sponsorship Offered Role Overview This organisation operates within healthcare technology, building large‑scale, mission‑critical platforms that support complex workflows, data‑driven decision‑making, and AI‑enabled automation. Engineering teams work in a highly regulated environment where system correctness, reliability, and transparency are essential. As a Product Full‑Stack Engineer, you will own and evolve core product and platform experiences across both frontend and backend systems. You'll play a key role in shaping user‑facing applications built in React while designing scalable Node.js services that power real‑time workflows, data exchange, and AI‑assisted functionality. This is a senior, high‑impact role with broad technical ownership, architectural influence, and close collaboration across product, data, and applied AI teams. Responsibilities Own and evolve full‑stack architectures spanning React‑based frontends and Node.js backend services Design and build scalable APIs and services that support data‑heavy, AI‑enabled workflows Develop intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces that surface complex data and system decisions clearly and responsibly Make system‑level trade‑offs across performance, reliability, security, and regulatory requirements Partner with data and applied AI teams to integrate AI‑driven capabilities into production user experiences Ensure applications are observable, debuggable, and resilient under real‑world production usage Influence frontend and backend engineering standards across multiple teams Lead ambiguous, cross‑functional initiatives where success is measured by outcomes, not tickets Mentor engineers and act as a technical leader through design reviews and architectural guidance Must‑Have Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience building and operating production software systems Strong full‑stack background with deep experience in React (or similar modern frontend frameworks) Solid backend experience with Node.js (TypeScript strongly preferred) Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar) Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and production reliability best practices Proven ability to influence architecture and technical direction beyond a single team CONTACT Bekim Doçaj Principal Recruitment Consultant
