• What You'll Be Doing
• + You will own the design and development of innovative
• hydraulic cartridge valves
• and components, managing projects from initial concept through to production release. + You will collaborate closely with Sales, Application Engineering, and customers to identify new opportunities and develop
• customized solutions
• that solve their unique challenges. + You will act as a key problem-solver, using methodologies like
• 8-D and Design of Experiments
• to enhance product functionality and resolve complex application or production issues. + You will partner with our Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to continuously
• improve product quality
• , reduce costs, and streamline production processes. + You will create and manage all necessary technical documentation, including product layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings using
• CAD software

• What We're Looking For
• + A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or a related Engineering field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in
• mechanical component design
• . + Proven ability to manage design projects from concept to completion, with strong skills in parametric based
• CAD software
• (experience with NX Unigraphics is a plus). + A solid understanding of core engineering principles, with the ability to perform calculations related to
• fluid dynamics and spring design
• . + Experience using statistical tools or structured methodologies (like
• 8-D•) for problem-solving, combined with a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
