Lead new product development projects across various businesses and product lines within the business unit. Drive post silicon bring up, product validation, characterization and qualification activities to accelerate the release of new products to market and help grow revenue. Own overall product entitlement cost by improving yield, test time and multi-sites efficiency to maximize profit. Define, develop and upkeep test program generation and release. Constantly contribute to the enhancement of standard test method libraries. Act as one of the core team members to interface and communicate with product designers, program managers, reliability and quality engineers, tester equipment vendors, factory engineers to finalize test automation requirements and checklists. In addition, maintain regulatory requirements and legible records of all technical data or internal specifications and policies. Develop full test solutions (both software and hardware) to test semiconductor integrated circuits or wafers using various mixed signal automated test equipment systems. (E.g. ETS800, T2K, ETS364, prober, handler and etc.). Design and review hardware schematics, and layouts on PCB softwares (Eg. Cadence Allegro, Pads, Altium Designer) Offload test solutions to production sites and provide technical supports during product ramp. Serve as the subject matter of expert to help grow new product development team by constantly provide mentor ship and trainings to new hires. Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related.
