Job Description

Engineering Intern Location:
Houston, Texas, onsite - 5 days a week Summer 2026 Are you an engineering student who loves problem-solving and learning how things work? Bray International—a global leader in valves, actuators, and control products—is looking for motivated Engineering Interns to join our team. This is a hands-on internship where you'll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable experience in a manufacturing environment. You won't be stuck observing from the sidelines—this role is about learning by doing and making a real impact. What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of one or two meaningful engineering projects that support manufacturing and business improvements
  • Work closely with engineers and teams across different departments
  • Use data, analysis, and problem-solving skills to tackle real engineering challenges
  • Support day-to-day activities within our Global Technology Group
  • Help design, test, and improve products alongside experienced engineers What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
  • Interest in manufacturing, product design, or engineering analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges
  • Previous internship, co-op, or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required
  • Leadership or involvement in student organizations is a bonus Projects You May Work On
  • Designing or improving test equipment and procedures
  • Analyzing Bray products or competitor designs
  • Helping troubleshoot product or supplier issues
  • Researching new materials or engineering methods
  • Assisting with prototype builds and validation testing
