Product RF Engineer

We're looking for self-driven and motivated engineers with good fundamentals in one or more areas of RF/wireless and electromagnetic theory, antenna design, system integration, & wireless communications. Product RF Engineers should have a broad-based knowledge in RF architecture, design, integration and manufacturing. They have deep theoretical and practical knowledge in one or more areas of electromagnetic theory, RF and Wireless system design, communication theory, and product design trade-off. They use electromagnetic and system simulation, hands on prototyping, test and measurement to understand complex system and sub-system interactions, implications to product level design, and manufacturing trade-offs to enable mass production. We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our team in Cupertino. As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing RF characterization, conducting OTA antenna measurements, automating test systems, and optimizing RF designs. • Strong knowledge of EM, EMI, RF, or Antenna design principles.

• Hands-on experience with RF prototyping and soldering SMA parts ect.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Python, shell scripting, and C/C++ script development.

• Ability to develop automation frameworks for running automated tests. Familiarity with electromagnetic/circuit simulation tools (HFSS, CST, ADS, Cadence).
• Ability to debug Desense issues in RF systems.

Education & Experience:

• BSEE or MSEE/Higher, or equivalent education.
• Coursework or experience in antenna/RF design, wireless communications, EM, or circuits.
