We're Hiring:
RF Test Engineer III (Level 3) -
Radio Frequency Test Engineer Location:
Oxnard, CA Active Clearance Strongly Preferred (Day 1)• if you can not obtain a clearance, this is not the job for you. I'm currently looking for a Level 3 RF Test Engineer — not senior level , but a solid mid-career engineer who thrives in hands-on test environments and wants to grow within a high-impact aerospace & defense setting. About the Opportunity This organization develops secure, high-reliability electronics for mission-critical defense applications across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains. Their work focuses on rugged, high-performance technologies deployed at the tactical edge, including: RF/microwave systems Embedded processing boards & mission computers Secure servers & advanced microelectronics Bottom line: This team builds the electronics behind some of the toughest and most demanding defense missions.
The Role:
RF Test Engineer III This is a true Level 3 role (4-8 years of experience) —ideal for someone who wants to stay technical and hands-on without stepping into senior/principal responsibilities.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) 4-8 years of experience in high-reliability, aerospace, or defense electronics Strong hands-on experience with RF/Microwave test equipment Ability to test and troubleshoot: RF/Microwave circuits Analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems Comfortable working at the module and component level Active security clearance (highly preferred day one)
