Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Manager & RF Engineer to lead our manufacturing operations and advance our radio frequency (RF) engineering initiatives. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee production processes, optimize workflows, and contribute to RF technology troubleshooting and development. The role involves planning production operations, supervising staff, testing and debugging RF boards, ensuring technical and quality compliance, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure quality standards, and implement continuous improvement strategies across our plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Production Planning and Operations Review production orders and schedules to determine product types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates. Plan production operations and establish priorities and assembly sequences. Prepare operational schedules and coordinate production activities to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines. Review production and operating reports to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues, minimizing costs and delays. Inspect equipment to ensure proper performance and optimal utilization. Develop or revise standard operating procedures and monitor worker compliance. Compile, store, and retrieve production data. RF Engineering Responsibilities Test, validate, and debug RF boards including Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) and RF switches. Provide technical supervision to ensure production follows all technical and quality specifications. Additional Responsibilities Resolve worker grievances or submit unresolved issues to Human Resources. Collaborate with team members to develop creative ways to reduce expenses and increase productivity and product quality. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise Production Department workers. Carry out supervisory duties according to company policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include:
Interviewing, hiring recommendations, and employee training Planning, assigning, and directing work Appraising performance Recommending rewards or disciplinary actions Addressing complaints and resolving problems Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the field. 3+ years of proven experience in team and project management 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in this field Strong understanding of RF engineering fundamentals, LNA, RF switches, electronic devices and components Detail-oriented and driven to achieve high standards of quality and performance Nice to have Experience with L1/L2 bands or DC-3 GHz frequency range, RF board repair and debugging, and antenna production and measurements is a plus Working Conditions Work occurs in a production environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise. Occasional travel and periodic evening or weekend work may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities. Physical Demands Employees must regularly use hands, speak, and hear; frequently stand, walk, sit, and reach. The role requires lifting 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
