Job Description:
Duties:
Setting up, calibrating and operating COTS and custom RF, Digital and Power equipment in support of factory test of production product Troubleshoot RF, Digital and Power issues during test of advanced antenna systems. Support technicians with troubleshooting and training Analyze test data and identify early trends Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements Sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality Monitor product yields and aggressively work to maintain program yield targets Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions Interface with manufacturing management, test technicians, production engineers, design engineers, system engineers, program management and program support teams Basic Education and Years Qualifications for an
RF Test and Development Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 0 years of experience. Qualifications for an
RF Test and Development Engineer:
Ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics, and block diagrams Experience with RF hardware and software Experience with RF test equipment, such as scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator Preferred Qualifications ( NOT required): Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline Ability to work with minimal direction and guidance Experience with LabWindows CVI, C / C++ programming Proficiency with digital, analog, power supplies, RF test equipment, RF theory and high-speed digital. Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware #IND1
