5G RF Optimization Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems, RF propagation, and cellular network architecture.
• Experience with 5G RAN planning and optimization, including site surveys, capacity planning, and interference management.
• Proficiency in network performance analysis tools and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with radio planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or Asset.
• Experience working with Agile methodology, creating features and stories, and collaborating with cross functional teams. Skills

• : Knowledge of network planning principles, including capacity planning and interference management.

• : Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and design the radio access network (RAN) for 5G networks.
• Perform RF propagation analysis and capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance.
• Configure and optimize base station parameters such as power, antenna tilt, and frequency allocation.
• Manage and mitigate RF interference and troubleshoot network issues.
• Analyze network performance data and develop optimization strategies to improve network quality and user experience.
• Work with Agile teams to create features and stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with Agile principles

Salary Range:

$100,000
