Partnering with members and staff across the CAP including the Councils and Committees to advance HOD and RF strategic initiatives. Serving as the Committee Manager for the HOD Steering Committee (HODSC), partnering with the HOD Speaker and Vice Speaker. Serving as the Committee Manager for the Residents Forum Executive Committee (RFEC), partnering with the RFEC Chair and Vice Chair. Minimal supervision with strategic insight and planning, independent decision making, and problem-solving. Specific Duties Plan, design, implement and manage operations to advance the HOD and RF missions, visions, strategic initiatives, and action groups. Develop and manage a communications plan to advance the HOD's and RF's missions and strategic initiatives. Plan and execute Spring and Fall HOD and RF meetings including pre-meeting agenda planning and marketing, coordination of program speakers, and post meeting follow up and survey evaluations. Plan, design, implement and manage virtual meetings and collaboration tools. Coordinate HOD/RF initiatives to assist HOD/RF activities and State Pathology Societies where appropriate. Apply professional judgment in consultation with the VP/DCoS to recommend support tactics to the

that advance the HOD and RF missions, visions and strategic initiatives. Ensure generative engagement of HOD/RF initiatives and activities with the VP/DCoS, pertinent CAP Leadership and other member leaders as appropriate. Prepare and monitor budgets for the two HOD meetings, the HODSC meetings and HOD projects. Prepare and monitor budgets for the two RF meetings, the RFEC meetings and RF projects. Manage the HOD Delegate and Alternate elections and the HODSC elections according to the HOD Rules. Manage the RFEC elections to the RF Bylaws. Function as the point person for the CAP-State Pathology Society Affiliate program for the HOD, working with Advocacy staff and Membership Data & Demographics to promote sharing of member contact information. Serve as primary contact for the HOD, HODSC and the HOD Speaker. Serve as primary contact for the RF, RFEC and the RF Chair. Collaborate cross divisionally with staff to advance HOD and RF initiatives. Develop and maintain HOD and RF procedure manual outlining all processes and procedures. Manage the day-to-day operations of the HODSC/RFEC and HOD/RF, including and not limited to: Regular communications with HOD Speaker and RFEC Chair

meetings and conference calls Primary support for House Speaker and Vice Speaker ad RFEC Chair and Vice Chair Support Council and Action Group Liaisons Newsletters, advertisements, meeting and elections promotions and HOD Speaker and RFEC Chair communications. Development and distribution of all meeting materials and minutes. HOD/RF appointment processes. HOD/RF Action Groups. Design, coordinate and implement House activities with Resident activities and vice versa where appropriate and with the approval of

leadership to strengthen the bridge from RF to HOD and vice versa building loyalty with the organization. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills Required/Preferred Personal:
Highly developed interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
Professional:
Excellent organization, project management and time management skills. Excellent strategic and tactical planning and implementation skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Consistently demonstrates business acumen, political savvy and collaboration competencies
Technical:
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, database management skills and social networking platforms. Knowledge of Oracle database program and reports at plus.
Education/Experience Education:
Bachelor's Degree Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in association work with increasing responsibility and demonstration of successful member interactions and delivery of member facing programs. Minimum 8-10 years project management experience.

Salary:
