job summary: Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire RF Engineer. This position is located near Sparks, Maryland. The RF Engineer will play a key role in the development of cutting-edge RF/microwave technologies supporting next generation SIGINT, Electronic Warfare (EW), and radar systems. The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging from $105K to $125K, plus other benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Sparks Glencoe, Maryland job type: Permanent salary: $105,000 - 125,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Support the design and development of state-of-the-art, RF/microwave receivers, frequency-converters and related products for SIGINT, EW and radar applicationsParticipate in the design, analysis, integration, and test of RF/microwave circuitry operating through at least 18 GHz using SMT components and PCB substratesAssist in requirements analysis, frequency planning, and subsystem-level architecture development under the guidance of senior engineersContribute to the development of high-performance RF systems with challenging requirements for bandwidth, dynamic range, noise figure, etc.
Serve as an individual RF/MW design contributor and support engineer for key design projectsSupport schematic capture, simulations, PCB layout review, integration, and troubleshooting activitiesPerform RF testing, data analysis, and documentation of design results
