In this role, you will analyze electromagnetic (EM) environment effects using computational EM modeling, identify design risk and mitigating actions, and present findings and recommendations. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum, EM principles, antenna theory, and experience using MatLab. The candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to customer sites and perform work in hazardous industrial environments. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. Ability to lift, carry and set up test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Engineering Physics, or equivalent major. Experience using Matlab. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
Coursework in Electromagnetic Theory, Antenna Theory, Radio Frequency Principles. Completed curriculum, internship, or project work including RF spectrum analysis. Experience with Electromagnetic (EM) computational modeling software. Position requires flexible working hours to support customer requirements, and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Most analysis will be performed in an environment that prohibits mobile or wireless devices to protect sensitive data.

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week The base range for this position in New Jersey is $61,500 - $116,455.
