6 Months Contract Visa - & Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Network & RF Survey Engineer to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise network infrastructure and RF solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RF surveying, wireless technologies, enterprise networking, and project leadership. This role requires hands-on experience conducting RF site surveys, designing wireless solutions, troubleshooting complex network environments, and leading technical teams. Required Skills & Experience RF & Wireless Technologies Strong understanding of RF propagation, antenna theory, and wireless communication technologies. Experience with 4G, 5G, 6G, and Wi-Fi technologies. Ability to perform RF analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, and coverage planning. RF Survey & Design Tools Hands-on experience with: Ekahau Acrylic AutoCAD Microsoft Visio TEMS Spectrum Analyzers Network Analyzers Experience conducting site surveys, RF simulations, and wireless network modeling. Enterprise Networking Experience designing, implementing, and supporting:
LAN/WLAN/WAN MPLS VPN BGP EIGRP
VLANs ACLs QoS
NAT SNMP RADIUS TACACS NAC
Wireless Access Points (WAP) Voice & Telephony Experience with: VoIP systems Voice Gateways IP Telephony Call Control Systems Auto-Attendant Solutions IP Phones Key Responsibilities Network Engineering & Design Plan, design, configure, implement, test, and support enterprise network infrastructure. Conduct comprehensive RF surveys and develop wireless network designs. Design solutions for data, voice, and Real-Time Location Services (RTLS). Lead enterprise network deployment and optimization projects. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and construction teams for successful implementations. Project Leadership Lead RF survey teams and network engineering initiatives. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Network Operations & Optimization Monitor and optimize network performance, capacity, and availability. Troubleshoot complex network and RF issues through root-cause analysis. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. Documentation & Compliance Create detailed network diagrams, RF survey reports, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, federal regulations, and audit requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor''''s Degree in: Electrical Engineering Computer Science Systems Engineering Telecommunications Data Communications Computer Information Systems Or a related technical field Required Experience Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF Survey Engineering and enterprise networking. Minimum 5+ years of experience leading or supervising network engineering teams, survey teams, or network operations functions. Experience working in complex environments such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, campuses, and large office environments. Certifications Required Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) OR Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) Equivalent experience may be considered. Preferred Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) Preferred Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience performing RF coverage analysis and wireless optimization. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience with large-scale enterprise network deployments and wireless infrastructure projects.
