What You'll Do:
Lead the design and development of RF broadcast antenna systems, including antenna element selection, array design, and impedance matching. Perform detailed simulations and analyses to optimize antenna performance for various broadcast standards (e.g., AM/FM, DAB, DVB-T). Integrate antenna systems into vehicle architectures, considering packaging constraints, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and manufacturing feasibility. Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for antenna systems, including anechoic chamber testing, on-vehicle testing, and field trials. Analyze test data, identify root causes of performance issues, and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launch. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in RF and antenna design. Document design specifications, test procedures, and validation reports. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Antenna Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in RF antenna design, development, and integration. Demonstrated ability in validation methodologies and test execution for RF systems. Strong adaptability to new technologies, evolving requirements, and dynamic project environments. Proficiency with RF simulation tools (e.g., CST Studio Suite, HFSS). Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, anechoic chambers). Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Proficiency in control system theory, state estimation, and physics-based or data-driven model-based control and estimation methodologies. Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative, accountability, and results-driven approach. Valid driver's license may be required based on specific roles. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Skills) MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Antenna Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in RF antenna design, development, and integration.
