Required Qualifications Current experience working with T-Mobile and Nokia. Minimum 10 years of experience in RF Optimization for LTE, VoLTE, and 5G networks. Minimum 2 years of hands-on 5G experience. Must be available to travel as needed. Travel is not expected; however, all business travel requires prior written approval from Nokia. Must be eligible to work in the United States at the time the offer is accepted. Personal Time Off (PTO) will not be approved except for Nokia scheduled non-working holidays. Key Responsibilities Perform RF performance activities independently within customer projects, following project plans and guidance from Project Managers. Analyze KPIs and investigate network quality issues to improve overall network performance. Implement new features and tune 5G and 4G (LTE) radio network parameters. Monitor, analyze, trend, report, and troubleshoot network performance issues. Review daily KPI reports and identify sites experiencing performance degradation. Perform deep counter-based analysis and troubleshooting using Nokia tools. Create reports and provide recommendations for network optimization and performance improvements. Run traces for troubleshooting and network analysis. Monitor site alarms, conduct health checks, and resolve network issues. Technical Requirements 5G Optimization Experience Sub-6 Optimization DSS Optimization mmWave Optimization VoNR NSA and SA architectures Multi-Layer Optimization Experience optimizing 5G, LTE, and UMTS networks. Network Performance & Troubleshooting KPI analysis and performance improvement. Network performance problem detection and resolution. Throughput optimization. Drop call analysis and reduction. Access and RACH failure analysis.

Hands-on experience with Nokia TDD and FDD parameters. RF Optimization Layer 3 analysis experience using tools such as ACTIX.
Expertise in troubleshooting activities including:
Resetting eNB, gNB, and RRH Parameter modifications Running XLM plans Alarm analysis RSSI issue resolution Education Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline preferred. Bachelor's Degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience is also acceptable. Additional Skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to follow established processes and procedures. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly: Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros)
