Job Description

Electrical Engineer responsible for designing RF and analog circuits, supporting PCB layout and simulation, and performing testing and troubleshooting for high-frequency hardware systems. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required 8+ years of relevant analog circuit design experience RF circuit design experience in the 1 to 10 GHz range Hands-on analog and digital hardware troubleshooting experience Knowledge of analog design best practices Knowledge of noise mitigation techniques Knowledge of signal integrity principles Experience with schematic design, component selection, and circuit simulation Experience using simulation tools such as SPICE Experience testing, verifying, and characterizing analog circuits Experience diagnosing and resolving circuit issues during development and production Experience defining product requirements and scoping project efforts to maintain schedule Preferred Skills MSEE preferred MBA preferred Experience with complex multi-lamination PCBs Experience with blind and buried microvias Experience with low-loss RF materials Fluency in Mentor Graphics Xpedition DxDesigner Experience designing with Xilinx RFSoC components Job Responsibilities Develop and design analog and RF circuits Perform schematic design, component selection, and simulation to meet performance specifications Collaborate with PCB layout designers to develop physical layouts for analog circuits Support PCB layout decisions related to signal integrity, noise control, and manufacturability Use SPICE and similar tools to model and analyze circuit behavior under varying conditions Conduct testing, verification, and characterization of analog circuits Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues Diagnose and troubleshoot analog circuit issues during development and production Define product requirements and scope project efforts to support schedule and execution
