Job Description

Background:
T2 Engineering PC (T2) is seeking a wave analysis subject matter expert (SME) to support development of the next generation Intercontinental Balissitic Missile (ICBM). This role will focus on wave analysis and requirement development for the reentry vehicle of the ICBM. Supporting the new design of this weapon system for the
USAF. T2
is a subcontractor to BAE Systems who is supporting the ICBM System Program Office (SPO) through the Integration Support Contract (ISC). This contract provides oversight to both the Minute Man III (MMIII) and Sentinel. Core Responsibilities & Qualifications Serve as the SME for the integration of Radar/RF and IR/EO sensor suites on advanced platforms. Lead complex Spectrum Analysis to ensure signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility in contested environments. Perform advanced Wave Analysis to optimize waveform design and improve detection signatures for multi-domain sensors. Direct the architectural design of hybrid IR/EO and Radar/RF systems to enhance perfomance of weapon system. Conduct comprehensive Spectrum Analysis for interference mitigation protection. Apply deep theoretical knowledge of Wave Analysis to model propagation characteristics and atmospheric effects on sensor performance. Providing cross-functional expertise across the RF and Optical spectrums.
Required Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of demonstrated experience in RF theory, RADAR systems, and signal processing around military weapon systems
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with advanced weapons systems and their operational employment
  • Familiarity with the physics and challenges of the space environment
  • Active or ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
  • Experience with modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MatLab, RF simulation tools, Python RF )
  • Hands-on experience with signal generation and analysis hardware
  • In-depth knowledge of EO/IR sensor technology and data analysis Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience/knowledge with ICBM MMII or Sentinel Experience working with military/civil communications systems and/or RF networks Knowledge of Digital Engineering or Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) SysML tool Experience and OCSMP certification Cameo Enterprise Architecture

Pay:
$180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
