Depending on your experience level, you'll perform essential field operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and serve as the key interface with clients at well sites. This role offers growth opportunities from entry-level to senior positions, with increasing responsibilities and technical challenges as you advance. Senior specialists will mentor junior team members and contribute to improving product quality and operational procedures. Responsibilities Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations Participate in daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, presentable conditions Monitor and analyze data to recommend optimal services and solutions Plan jobs, prepare tools and equipment, execute services, and submit all required documentation Provide 24-hour on-call support to meet customer needs Test, operate, and maintain tools according to work instructions and safety procedures Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business Manage inventory and supplies required at well sites Participate in equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis For intermediate and senior roles: Perform engineering checks on location and manage installation of complex equipment For senior roles: Provide technical guidance to management and interpret data for client representatives Skills Required Understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics Mathematical aptitude and basic knowledge of physics and chemistry Computer literacy and data analysis capabilities Critical thinking, active learning, and complex problem-solving abilities Strong reading, writing, and communication skills Effective time management and decision-making aligned with company policies Quality control analysis to ensure services meet required standards Customer service orientation and relationship management Physical capability to perform required field tasks Ability to anticipate problems and implement solutions Technical proficiency in operating tools and machinery Qualifications Required 1-2.5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry High School Diploma Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally (50-75%) Qualifications Preferred Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School Previous experience with field operations in challenging environments Knowledge of Weatherford products and services At Weatherford, we are committed to developing our employees' careers and providing opportunities for advancement.
